How to use your voucher

1. Book your home cleaning service by calling us on 4942 3166 to arrange a convenient date/time for us to visit.
2. Let us know you would like to redeem your gift voucher. We’ll need to know the vouchers value and its serial number.
3. Your gift voucher can be used as full or part payment for your home cleaning service.
4. Booking confirmed!  Your cleaner will arrive on the date/time specified to clean your home as required.

Gift voucher terms and conditions

A Mackay Office Cleaning home cleaning gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue for one residential cleaning service at the recipient address specified at the time of order. This address is printed on the gift voucher along with the gift voucher value (no. of hours), expiry date and a unique serial number.

• Gift vouchers can be redeemed as full or part payment for a Mackay Office Cleaning residential cleaning service
• Gift vouchers are valid for a single residential cleaning service and cannot be redeemed for multiple visits on different occasions
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue
• Gift vouchers that have been redeemed to that have expired cannot be used
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for a residential cleaning service at any other address than that specified on the voucher
• Gift vouchers cannot be replaced, refund or exchanged for cash or other gift voucher.
